You can add your staff or the business owner to a particular business Predict account.
There are 2 options available:
- My Team, where you can give access to a particular business to a team member.
- Other Users, where you can give access to a Business Owner, Advisor, or a Business Reviewer.
You can add a team member either from Profile or Business Settings. But you can give them permission to access a particular business only from that particular business settings.
When adding a team member from your profile, go to Account Details.
When adding a team member for a particular business, go to Business Settings.
- Click My Team.
- Click Add a User.
- Enter the details.
- Click Send.
You can add other users from Business Settings only.
All the steps for adding Other Users are similar to My Team except you select the role in this option.
